FWIW, I've had the Linksys WPC54G working with WPA-PSK under both Ubuntu
5.10 and 6.06 using ndiswrapper with no problems.  I wrestled with the
native driver and NetworkManager under Dapper for a couple of weeks
before going back to ndiswrapper.
