Yeah, that's a good one! I've never had any help at the TD store. For
the last system I built, I went with NewEgg, ZipZoomFly, and PriceWatch.
All three I've used for a while now ...and neither of the three have
forsaken me... hahaha.

They have customer service?!  That's a new one on me.

For most vendors, you must pick any two of: Good, Fast, Cheap

IMHO, the vendors discussed here work out thusly:
TD outlet store: fast, cheap
Intrex: good, fast
Newegg: good, cheap
