Unless you are somewhere that blocks outbound ssh.  There are plenty of
places that do.

I've found a handy little tool called httptunnel (http://www.gnu.org/software/httptunnel/httptunnel.html) to be very effective at circumventing any packet filtering (especially through a proxy). It can tunnel any service as far as I know. I use it for SSH over HTTP.

Not sure if you guys have ever heard of it/used it. :)
