may have been the original perl-like thing, but I haven't seen it outside
of IBM and like python better.
Rexx is actually pretty cool. And while it may not be well known amongst
Unix / Linux people, there are actually a couple of high-quality open-source
implementations available for Unix/Linux. Two that come to mind
immediately are:
Open Object Rexx (this is IBM's Object Rexx which they

and
