I started out with Mandriva when I first learned linux. After switching for about six months to kubuntu I wanted to give this new version another shot. I'm disappointed that Firefox 2.0 isn't included though...

I've been Mandraking and Mandriving since 2000. Mand* is frustrating -- in this case during install they forget to ask you to set up X (I've had that happen several times), they have missing symlinks, and other minor irritations, but to me, Mand* is an outstanding desktop distro that enables me to easily run my business. So it's worth the minor irritations :-) SteveT Steve Litt Author: Universal Troubleshooting Process books and courseware http://www.troubleshooters.com/ -- TriLUG mailing list : http://www.trilug.org/mailman/listinfo/trilug TriLUG Organizational FAQ : http://trilug.org/faq/ TriLUG Member Services FAQ : http://members.trilug.org/services_faq/
