The description of package https://packages.trisquel.org/aramo/fonts-trisquel has a description "Virtual package providing fonts-ubuntu. This is wrong as Trisquel (and rightly so) doesn't provide the (non-free) package ubuntu-fonts.
"Virtual package providing" that's the terminology when a package replaces another one as a virtual package, this is so when a package tries to call, in this case, ubuntu-fonts, then it will install fonts-trisquel, this technique avoid the need to look for all present and future packages looking for ubuntu-fonts and try to change them.
Please take a look at: https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html#s-virtual
