The license respects all four freedoms:
0. the freedom to use the work,
1. the freedom to study the work,
2. the freedom to copy and share the work with others,
3. the freedom to modify the work, and the freedom to distributed
modified and therefore derivative works.
In addition, the license prevents someone from redistributing the software as
non-free, so it's also copyleft.
And unlike Mozilla Firefox (which is under the Mozilla License), for example,
a user that modifies the software is still allowed to advertise it as a
version of "Teeworlds".
