Apparently the Belkin F5D7050's can vary, so yours may not have a Ralink chip at all (and v3 of that card isn't on the list, either).
If the problem is the chipset of your wireless card, you may have to purchase another card. It sounds extreme, but I did it and am happy that I did. If the majority of the GNU/Linux using community protested against the lack of free software drivers for wireless devices by only purchasing the ones that work in fully free systems, every wireless chipset manufacturer would be releasing free drivers by now.
