The nv driver worked just fine as far as I'm concerned. It was a very old PC, with a Geforce 4 MX card. 

But I sold it, so I'm not able to perform any tests on it anymore.

but on 3.5 I believe I couldn't boot into my graphical desktop.





Does not the "nv" driver work with your card?
