At one point I downloaded the LXDE package to try it on Trisquel 3.5 but then  
removed it.  I forgot about the Leafpad and PCManFM programs that are part of  
LXDE.  Even still, everything was working fine prior to the update so I don't  
think these programs should be affecting this.  I also lost the lock screen  
ability.  A reboot fixed that, but now the screen saver is acting up.
