All of the above except item 2, I'm in the U.S. :) and item 5, I don't have a
place wherein I could do that. The computers whereat I work are on a
relatively sophisticated network, and when I tried a Live CD a couple of
years ago, the system told the admins that the computer was offline and they
showed up at the door! :(
I would add:
a) very fast
b) even though "Libre" it does what I need in terms of videos, music, etc.
which rather surprised me! :) It also found my hardware, etc. with almost no
work.
