Janus just a heads up Trisquel is not just "linux" but it is "GNU/Linux".

analogy I like to use is if an operating system were a car linux might be the  
engine.  While a key part for an operating system the engine is not the same  
thing as the whole car.   That is the relationship between GNU and linux.   
Linux is not the whole operating system but when combined with the GNU system  
it forms one.  Hence GNU/Linux or GNU + Linux.
