The one in the system menu is the gnome-control-center. The problem with that  
is that it has too many categories, baffles the new user(Average Joe). So  
it'll be nice to have a streamlined control-center app, not necessarily based  
on Ubuntu-tweak, but it'll be needed when trisquel becomes a viable  
competitor for Ubuntu in the market(dont forget something like software  
center).
