[Trisquel-users] SeaMonkey 2.0.11 Upgrade?

I did a search but don't see this topic on the forum.  When I install  
SeaMonkey from the repos it's version 2.0.11.   When i use the browser, a  
message comes up saying to upgrade to 2.0.13 for security fixes with big red  
letters saying warning.  How do I upgrade SeaMonkey?  I tried to use the  
Upgrade function in the synaptic manager but it won't let me upgrade that  
way.  Just letting u know.
