[Trisquel-users] REQUEST: Please Make A VPN Network Popup Notification

I just installed 4.5 x86_64 and I use VPN and I noticed that eth0 has a  
network notification popup when you are connected and disconnected so I'm  
assuming so does WiFi, but someone forgot to put in a notification popup for  
VPN... :(

There is after all a VPN Network Manager plugin, so can someone PLEASE make a  
notification popup for Trisquel?

So later when we run updates we can get this added in?
