Per default Trisquel has a very good layout for people who are switching from  
Windows. I'd say it is even easier to get first steps done here, than in  
Ubuntu (because of the main menu button).
But I just really like playing around with my desktop, at least once a month  
I'm trying something new out. Now I'm back to the user-friendly default look  
of Trisquel, but soon I'll make a cryptic mess out of it again.
