I think I'm very picky about video quality, and I don't find anything unordinary about this screenshot. It looks like an average DVD-video quality to me.
There's noise from the film itself, which is mainly visible in the parts which are out of focus. There's typical compression noise, mainly visible in areas with sharp contrast. Also some typical loss of details in low contrast areas, again because of the compression.
