"grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg" (probably update-grub or something similar will do the same). The name of CTKArch suggests it being based on Arch, so it's very possible that it uses kernel names which aren't recognized by Grub. Editing /etc/grub.d/10_linux to find these kernels could be needed.
