[Trisquel-users] Vorbis playback issue

I extracted Vorbis audio from WebM files via FFmpeg and mkvmerge GUI. The  
files work fine on VLC and GNOME-MPlayer (via FFmpeg) but not on Exaile or  
Totem (via GStreamer)?

What can be done to fix this?
Totem played the audio fine when it was part of the WebM stream.
