I am pro individual employment, and not for corporations at all... Sure,  
their business model would be screwed, and yet society would benefit...

Remember, competition is a good thing, even business realize this to an  
extent. Most just try to control and monopolize this as well... As an uncle  
told me who ran a business, when people complain about the rates I charge, I  
politely remind them of the options of my competitors. When they respond with  
their service/goods are sub-standard quality, I politely remind them that is  
the breaks...
