[Trisquel-users] USB reader for memory cards

I have a Vivanco High speed USB 2.0 23 in 1
reader of memory cards, but wen I connect with a card inserted, nothing  
happens.
Only in Resources/Computer appears a list of "devices":
- Unit CompactFlash
- Unit MemoryStick
- Unit SecureDigital
- Unit SmartMedia
but no one open.
Have a suggestion?
