Could you please clarify your problem?  Your question isn't totally clear.   
Like the "can't copy disk" part.  What disk are you trying to copy I don't  
understand.  Also what do you mean you can't read win files?  What have you  
tried?  Will mounting not work?

Also I just want to let other users know that helping this user is allowed  
under the GFSD which states in the documentation we can help users setup  
multi-boot systems.  It says that "In general, something that helps people  
who already use nonfree software to use the free software better with it is  
acceptable, but something that encourages users of the free software to  
install nonfree software is harmful."
