[Trisquel-users] Screen black coming out of suspend

Suspend does indeed suspend but coming out of suspend and I'm left with a  
black screen.

About 4 years ago with Ubuntu I could get round this by whitelisting my  
graphics driver in the acpi-support file but it looks like this method has  
now been deprecated.

Any suggestions on what to try? When I had the latest Mint on this machine  
suspend worked fine.
