You will have to pay all fees since you are making a donation. EU member countries can make transfers only with IBAN, which is considered less expensive. For international/non-EU member transfer you will have to use SWIFT. I don't have exact numbers, but for 10 € it is definitely a rip-off. Flattr.com might be an option for you. They have a lot of options to add money to accounts. Check the fees, though.
