According to  
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Local_Shared_Object, those  
Flash cookies are stored in ~/.gnash/SharedObjects/ under GNU/Linux.  (They'd  
be in ~/.macromedia/Flash_Player/#SharedObjects/ and  
~/.macromedia/Flash_Player/macromedia.com/support/flashplayer/sys/ if you  
were using the proprietary Flash player.)  You could just manually delete  
them periodically.
