[Trisquel-users] Epiphany help doesn't work

Some days ago, I realized that Epiphany's help wasn't working, merely issuing  
a terse "could not display help the specified location is not supported".  
Looking for a solution, or at least I found one that should work for any (?)  
Debian or Ubuntu derivatives, it worked flawlessly for Trisquel
