can you access the router configuration through abrowser? You have to type in  
the IP of your router, which is in my case 192.168.2.2 (with Speedport  
routers it helps to just type in: speedport.ip into the browser).

Once in the configuration menu, check what type of authentification is set  
for the network. There are several types, they have to match with what your  
Trisquel is assuming when connecting to the network.
