It is not actually wrong because that's not what I was claiming.
A friend of mine went to an RMS speech and asked him about Creative Commons and the Free Culture definition. Stallman responded that he agreed with that definition, but that he didn't believe culture *had* to be free.
I was simply saying that the FSF's concern is software and software-related and believes cultural works do not have to be bound by the same requirements as the GPL, for example.
