Shutter just does not fit with the lightweight nature of Trisquel-mini. It  
has 68 dependencies and weights 91.6MB after installing which is astronomical  
(taking into account that it is just a screenshot tool), compared to  
gnome-screenshot which has only one(1) dependency and weights 373kB after  
installing. But it is only your choice what software you prefer.
