Yes, the default fonts sizes are too small, so I've always had to increase
them a point or two (and I have good vision!). And why not use "Subpixel
smoothing (LCD)" as the default rendering setting? The "Best shapes" setting
renders fonts blurry like OS X, which puts unnecessary strain on the eyes.
And while I'm at it, I'll also suggest #000 as the default text color on
input boxes. :)
