I am member of FSF and if I can tell you they have option which I use to pay
10US$ per month and they bill that sum from my credit card. If you work on
other payment methods I think you should let user to chose if he wants to pay
60 euro a year or on example 5 euro per month (via credit card). 5 euro per
month looks lower but at the end of year it is 60 and user does not need to
save money for the end of year to pay it. Without that option in the past I
didn't dare to pay 120US$ at once as it looked like to big part of my monthly
salary but 10US$ per month is acceptable and I can calculate that in my
budget and at the end it is 120US$.
So to shorten this I think you should make options:
1) Pay yearly
2) Pay monthly
