No. This is a PCIe card for a desktop. The reason we aren't selling a card with an Intel graphics chipset is because intel grahics chipsets are designed differently. They aren't used in PCIe cards. That said the Penguin Libre already has a solid graphics chipset already and there wouldn't necessarily be a whole lot of benefit in upgrading. In fact this card does not support video acceleration so in some respects the Penguin Libre's graphics chipset is better.
