Hi,
Thanks to Trisquel I began to understand what it means and the importance to
use free software and as a consequence free hardware.
The only part of the laptop that did not work, was the pci-e wifi adapter but
after testing the OS for three weeks using a free usb wifi adapter, it was
time to order a new free pci-e from Think Pinguin which works right out of
the box. :)
I believed that every user that come to Gnulinux using any distro, is
searching for freedom in a particular way, but perhaps without the
realization of it. With this project like some others we can finally grasp
that what we where searching for.
And the end result of this journey, is that I ´m the proud user of a 100%
free Trisquel-Xfce 5.5 OS.
