The easiest way to find out is to put the ISO on a CD ("burning the image")  
or on a USB key (with UNetbootin should handle it) and reboot. The live  
system will start (it does not touch your disk) and you can find out what  
works and what does not. You can then, if you wish, proceed to the  
installation. An icon on the desktop launches it.

I actually believe your system may perfectly work. The "usual" non-working  
parts are 3D acceleration (but you use an Intel chipset, which is perfectly  
handles by Linux-libre) and Wifi (but I believe your card has a chipset that  
Linux-libre handles too). If you Wifi connection does not work, you can buy a  
working device at ThinkPenguin.com that guarantees that everything they sell  
perfectly works with Linux-libre (hence with any 100% free GNU/Linux system  
such as Trisquel) and, using the previous link, that donates 25% of the  
benefits on your purchase to the Trisquel project.

You seem to be worrying about the architecture: 64 bits is correct given your  
processor.
