I don't know what's happening with your browser. Do you know how to take a
screen shot? Maybe if we looked at your screenshot then we could see a clue
about what's wrong.
You can probably find instructions on taking a screen shot on Google or
DuckDuckGo (another search engine). Here are some quick instructions.
* There is usually a key on your keyboard for taking screenshots. It should
say "Print Screen," "PRTSC," or something like that.
* If you press the Print Screen key in Trisquel, then Trisquel will pop up a
little window for you that says "Save Screenshot." Then you will have a .jpg
or a .png.
* Upload the .png to imgur, or maybe you can attach it to your forum post
here.
