[Trisquel-users] Num-Lock and Orca Tweaks

I would like to change the default settings:

Orca
It launches automatically and is running when I log in. I don't need Orca - I  
want to disable it from launching at start up or even remove it.

Num-Lock
I want Num-Lock to be on when I start. How do I set this? I have had a look  
in system settings, keyboard, but couldn't see anything.
