You might be clicking the wrong button. Go to the web page and click Install  
Extension. After a few seconds a box will appear, asking you do you want to  
install the extension, click Allow. You'll be prompted to restart you  
browser. After the restart you'll be asked to choose a subscription list,  
choose the recommended one. Now Ad-Block Plus extension will be always active  
in your browser.
