With any of the fully free distros (  
http://www.gnu.org/distros/free-distros.html ) you're in charge. You can set  
the configuration exactly as you wish.

Looks like the default Trisquel kernel comes with trusted computing mostly  
enabled. I don't know whether that is by choice or simply inherited from  
upstream.
