Apple using legal tactics to ban their competitors is bad, but it's not like  
Samsung is protecting user freedom (I doubt you can install a GNU/Linux  
distro on any of their tablets other than "on top of Android" and I doubt the  
bootloader can be replaced by u-boot or by another free bootloader).
