If you want to check the available space from the terminal, here is the  
command (you can copy its output in this thread):
$ df
To reinstall Trisquel, just boot the Trisquel Live CD or USB and click on the  
"Install" icon (like you did to install it in the first place). If /home is  
not a separated file system, you probably want to backup some personal files  
first (e.g., on an external hard disk or on another computer in the network).  
You can do that from the live system.
