I use a self hosted SVN over https repo for this.  It's running on an old  
laptop so the power bill is low.  I use no-ip to bypass dynamic ip with a  
domain name. There is a free (as in beer) single domain name service at  
no-ip. The noip2 client is free software in the Trisquel.
