That is a good choice. It's the standard version recommended for most users.  
There is an older long term support version too which is also good although  
it's about to get replaced with Trisquel 6 so you may want to just go with  
what you downloaded and upgrade when it arrives. Upgrades are generally  
pretty easy. You just have to click a button and wait an hour or so for it to  
install.
