Maybe- but there isn't nearly enough coming in to pay a full time developer.
Until the community puts up more funds this is an issue that will undoubtedly
continue. Even with a single full time developer it is difficult to get work
completed by a specific deadline and not it have it be buggy.
Hint: become a Trisquel associate member if at all possible.

It also doesn't hurt to buy stuff from the gift store, donate occasionally,
and get hardware from libre.thinkpenguin.com. The membership has the most
dramatic impact though and is easiest on the wallet. The project has not hit
100 associate members and has a goal of doing so.
