I don't know if they isn't any, I just know that RMS talked about them on the  
response email but I didn't find them anywhere :S...

But thank you for the suggestion maybe I should start directly with something  
in my school to start to appeal people showing them the benefits of using  
Free Software. Maybe the changed needed can start that way.
