This has basically almost 0% relevance on Trisquel for the following reasons:

* We are a free software project, not open source. See: [https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/open-source-misses-the-point.html Why Open Source misses the point of Free Software]

* According to the article only the client is under a "open source licence." and the art, assets, and server code are still proprietary.

* I presume the software available via this program are all proprietary

* We already have a way to distribute free games. See the [http://packages.trisquel.info/brigantia/games/ games section in our repository.]
