The licenses basically states that "the user can do anything but some  
restrictions":
Permission is granted to anyone to use this software for any purpose,  
including commercial applications, and to alter it and redistribute it  
freely, subject to the following restrictions

And, again, none of the restriction is about the distribution of binaries.  
Although I am not a lawyer, it looks clear to me that the user is allowed to  
redistribute binaries as she wishes.
