I have *never* written that the project is not important/used. Obviously you  
have some kind of problem parsing English sentences (or lack any  
understanding of logical implications). Let me help you: the word "if"  
introduces a condition and what comes after this condition is only true if  
the condition is satisfied. It looks like the condition is not satisfied  
since "it has already been forked it seems" (Chris' words).
