It's probably not his home address. I'd assume this is his work address or  
business mailing address only. It looks as though he set things up  
properly/professionally. Trisquel is a registered trademark, has a bank  
account, etc.

You can get a business mailing address relatively cheap and/or use privacy  
services to hide your home address.
