Just remove the folder "midori" inside the ".cache" folder.
To find that folder use CTRL+H in nautilus, or in terminal just do :
 rm -R .cache/midori

Then do CTRL+F5 on midori to force refresh and you will (normally) be able to  
see everything correctly.
