Hi,
I have just installed this version to my hard drive, and noticed that
the installer seems to have trouble contacting the Trisquel mirrors. On
the first two installation attempts, I had connected the machine to my
network before proceeding. I tested the connection by visiting some web
sites, and it seemed to work. After going through all the installer
pages, I noticed that the progress bar, on final screen, was stuck at
7%. I opened a terminal and looked at /var/log/syslog. Near the
bottom, I noticed all the "testing" lines, with the addresses of the
mirrors. For the third (and successful) attempt, I installed without
plugging into my network. All went well. On restart, after install, I
did a "sudo apt-get update", and noticed that all the mirrors were
reached, but transmission seemed slow. Maybe the installer hung up on
some time-out?
Best,
Dave

Although I found some bugs, such as a conflict between gnome-shell and
gnome-session, it seems pretty stable! :-)
